Reservations and Policies

Check in is at 3 pm. If you will be checking in later than 8 pm please contact us to make arrangements.

Check out is 11 am. Keys must be returned at time of check out.

Regretfully we cannot guarantee early check ins or late check outs as we are a small team. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the remainder to be charged to the card on file on day of check in.

Room rates are per night based on double occupancy. Rates subject to change based on day of the week and season.

In-Season weekend bookings require a minimum two-night stay. (Season is Mother’s Day weekend through Dickens weekend).

Tax is not included in the room rates. State and county taxes calculated at booking.

Rates of rooms booked more than one year in advance are subject to change. To make a booking more than 6 months in advance, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than two guests per room

We are a small business with a small team and cancellations can have a big impact. However, we understand that sometimes a cancellation may be unavoidable.

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to check in will result in a full refund.

Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to check in will forfeit their deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check in will be charged the full amount of their stay.

A homemade breakfast featuring fresh, local ingredients is included in your stay and is served between 8 and 9:30am in the dining room. If you need to leave before 8am we are happy to provide an alternative.

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when booking.

While we happily accommodate service animals, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.

Smoking, vaping, burning incense or candles is prohibited.
